Sunset 14 | Umbrella
Story:
I have a memory as a child of falling asleep on a towel on the sand with an umbrella shading me. I woe up and the sunset was in full color, textured and changed by seeing it through the fabric of the umbrella. This painting I think has more paint in it that any of the others so far. The fabric is layers on layers of thin lines placed by palette knife.
The painting is 24" x 30" acrylic on 1-1/2" deep gallery-wrap canvas.
