Story:

The painting is from a scene I photographed on a walk up and over the hill to where 13th Street starts descending to the shore. This enormous laughing buddha statue was by an entry to a home, lit by the setting sun.

The painting is 24" x 30" acrylic on 1-1/2" deep gallery-wrap canvas.
