This was around 1989. I had thought it was from Van Nuys, but Ash’s age would put this in Reseda, CA. The camera was likely a Canon Sureshot 35mm point-and-shoot. It has the feel of an older portrait, from a century or more before, from the expressions on their faces and from the positions they are in.
