This was from a photograph I took in February 2011, when my daughter was lying in a coma in ICU. My brothers had come out to help watch and stay with her. We went out to eat at a restaurant called the Rock’N Fish, right up the street from the Manhattan Beach Pier.
This was the last meal all three of us had together in a restaurant. My youngest brother passed away 2 months later from a blood clot, added to if not caused by flying across the country to help.
